Elia Villas are tastefully furnished throughout with a spacious ground floor open plan living area with patio doors leading out to a large balcony, from which you will find your private swimming pool. Our kitchens have been set up with all the equipment you will need to make our villas feel like a home from home. With two bedrooms, one double and one twin and if required, two extra sofa beds in the lounge area, our villas are ideal for your family stay. Each villa has an air conditioner in the living room. The terraces are complete with sun loungers and umbrellas for lazing around the pool.
The villas have their own private pools and gardens so you can choose to either spend your days in their peaceful retreat or take a short car journey to enjoy one of the many close by villages and beaches.

Location
Elia Villas are close to the villages of Stoupa and Agios Nikolaos.
Agios Nikolaos is a quaint fishing village with all types of boats bobbing on the water, and the quayside tavernas serving up the catch of the day. The sandy beach of Pantazis is on the way from the villa to the village with tamarisks trees fringing it and the stunning verdant hillsides rising up behind it. For the athletic the nearest beach is a 20 minute walk, or by car 5 minutes.
